Tuesday has more than twelve years of experience in the patent field, both in private practice and as in-house counsel for one of the world’s largest oil and gas service companies. Tuesday has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications for a broad range of complex technologies in the United States and worldwide. She has counseled clients on all aspects of intellectual property, including freedom to operate issues, drafting and negotiating IP agreements, and advising clients on the IP aspects of M&A transactions.
